Shipping and Handling Policy
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 2-3 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 5-10 business days. Please note that Classa Boutique is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. Classa Boutique does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of $14.99 are non-refundable.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Regular priced Items bought on Classaboutique.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non-refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL (ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT CODES CAN BE RETURNED) the item can be returned). If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.
